Non so bene cosa dire di questo romanzo. Ammetto di averlo letto con poca attenzione e molta sbadataggine, quindi è possibile che non l'abbia apprezzato come meritava, ma tant'è.

Il fatto è che l'inizio mi è piaciuto: era abbastanza divertente e intrigante da farmi desiderare di proseguire nella lettura. Anche il finale non è stato male, visto che rifugge dai soliti schemi.

Il problema è stato tutto ciò che c'era in mezzo. Nonostante le battute e le scenette divertenti, infatti, mi è sembrato troppo piatto. Mi è capitato di sorridere, certo, ma niente che smuovesse in maniera significativa la mia ilarità.

È una lettura che non mi ha lasciato assolutamente nulla – ma, ripeto, forse è stata anche colpa mia. Lo consiglio a chi è in cerca di qualcosa di leggero, che inizi a leggerlo consapevole della semplicità del romanzo.
