I wanted to like the book: I like the setting and the plot seemed really interesting.
But it was a disappointment. I didn’t enjoy the writing, the characters of the main party are mono dimensional and basically interchangeable.
There are some good parts, but overall not a great read.
With the way it is written, it seems to be targeted to a very young audience, maybe that’s why I didn’t enjoy it as much as I wanted to.
